Current season: Spring (Mating season!)
Description: A rough winter has finally passed the forest, and the land has finished resting up. Now, new leaves are budding and the flowers are starting to come out and bloom. Warm air will slowly make its way back to the land and the snow will melt away. Grass is growing back and the sun is shining- and all hibernating animals have awoken and are hungry. Elk and moose herds flock in to eat the fresh grass and drink from the rivers that are full with new, fresh water. Rainfall is very common during this time, and there is possible flash-floods. Water is of abundance and so is prey! Warmth is coming back and the wolves will slowly shed off some of their excess fur from the winter. Allergies and sickness are pretty high during spring.
Spring is mating season for wolves. Many times, this is the ideal time to find a mate and love due to the beauty of the land. Females will, without exception, go into heat at least once during this season. This is the ideal time to reproduce due to the amounts of prey, water, and warmth.
